Returns
Return Eligibility
Subject to the rules set out in this returns $refunds policy , We offer returns for most items within 7 days of delivery; and within 7 days of delivery for official store items only. (The Returns Period)we do not accept returns, for any reason whatsoever, after the ruturns periods has lapsed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. (
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, undergarments)
- Gift cards
- Sale items (only regular-priced items can be refunded)
- Custome made products
- I changed my mind-(Goods once delivered as specified can’t be returned.
- size is correct but doesn’t fit as expected -(Desks&tables only. You can switch the product but the money paid is non refundable.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer@valentinesplace.co.ke or call +254 797 511 655. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Ship the Item
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Step 3: Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Refunds
Full Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 24hrs, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customers@valentineplace.co.ke with details and photos of the damage or defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the shipping costs. You will have the option to receive a replacement item or a full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customers@valentineplace.co.ke.
